Dairy-Free Mango Smoothie or Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Skim Milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
